Ferndale
We first worked with the City of Ferndale when they were moving forward with their first ever mixed-use parking structure. We helped develop a name, brand and identity for the project. Now called the Development on Troy (or The DOT) our design showcases the artistic and progressive side of Ferndale. Our public engagement strategies included focus groups and telephone interviews with business owners as well as researching existing public comment efforts. We also conducted meetings with key City and DDA staff to develop a firm understanding of the project and how it fit into Ferndale's evolving identity.
